These days people live all over the Amazon region, in the cities of Manaus, Brazil,
Belem, and others many of the people who live there are famers or gold
prospectors. Around 250,000 people are Indigenous and belong to one of 150
ethnic groups, such as Yanomami, Xikrin and Juruna, just to name a few.
The Yanomami people is one of the ethnic groups, there is about 15,000 people within
the group.
Traditionally the group were known for their shifting cultivation, hunting and gathering.
There group believes and lives by the motto - Nature creates everything and is
scares.
The Kayapo people are enough group, they are usually seen wearing a boutique- this
is made out of wood and goes through the lower lip; it is used to frighten and
scare away enemies.
The non-indigenous people that live there have a normal and modern
